Forensic ROOF® Inspection
Specialized for Insurance and Litigation Cases
A Forensic Roof Inspection is used when someone wants to have an inspection done on their recent installation to see if it was installed according to building codes and to the manufacturer’s specifications.
The inspector has years of experience in roofing, both in monitoring roof installations and also as expert witnesses. In performing their inspection, they may utilize the services of structural engineers and chemists to make their final determination of any concerns.
The roof inspection is completely customized and comprehensive. It includes, but is not limited to, testing roof materials for asbestos, mold presence, compliance to California code, manufacturer’s installation, compliance to specifications, evaluation of previous workmanship, walking decks inspection, testing of the water, roof slope determination, ponding and drainage, and an analysis of structural engineering.
Each Forensic ROOF Inspection is priced according to the services requested and tests required.
